The question I get most often is, "Why is this site called Crimson Eagles"?

Back when Dark Age of Camelot was released I was a member of a guild called Crimson Eagles. After I stopped playing DAOC I began beta testing Earth and Beyond. After the game went live I wanted to try my hand at creating a guild. Liking the name Crimson Eagles I decided to start a guild with that name in E&B. Since I always enjoyed tinkering around on the web I got a domain name to match the new guild -- and www.crimsoneagles.net was born!

While still playing E&B I began adding Dungeons and Dragons content to this site. I "DMed" in college and continue to DM online with a persistent world as I have time and interested players. After I left E&B I continued to develop this web site by adding custom built applications and by transitioning some of my paper and pencil D&D into an online format. I still had the web site, server setup and MySQL database so it seemed like a waste of time to drop this domain name and start over just for a hobby/gaming site.

So....that's why!
